Slide background

This is the food revolution.

Help end food poverty.
Join a food network you can trust.

We are creating a network of like-minded people and business who believe we can work together to transform the future. Brighton and Hove is the perfect place to pioneer change. The City has always been trendy: This is why it is the perfect place to model food sovereignty.  We have ambitious plans to help eradicate hunger from our streets – by working together we can achieve this and much more.

  • Come and learn new skills at one of our courses or workshops

  • Start growing your own food and share your dishes and experiences  (aquaponically or not, just grow some food!)

  • Set up your own community project – getting to know our neighbours can be really interesting

  • Make time to enjoy nature – Get out in the fresh air!

  • Help design, evaluate or crowd-fund a product

  • Join the community by supporting us and spreading the word about Aquaponic Life online

Just by making a conscious effort to understand where your food and belongings come from is a really positive start to changing the future.

“We were impressed with how much thought and research has been done, investigating every aspect of aquaponics. The ethical philosophy behind what drives the work is both rigouros and forward-thinking.”

“There were many excellent ideas proposed and it was fantastic to be able to see the systems you have built. It is obvious that aquaponics systems can be effective, sustainable and beautifully made.”

“I found the session informative and very inspiring. The session was delivered in a clear and friendly manner and it is obvious that you are both passionate about this.”
